Irie Jerk Hut #3

My family frequents this location even though we have another location five minutes away from our home. I love their food, but after my catering experience, I won't be back. I ordered and paid for a large tray of jerk chicken for my family for Christmas on December 23rd. I was asked if could I pick it up before 4 pm, and I said, sure. When I arrived at 3:15pm there was a crowd in the waiting area. I knew I may have a wait because it was Christmas Eve, and everyone else was doing the same as me. I let the young lady at the register know my last name and what I ordered. She said it would be coming up. I overheard people saying they had been there since 1:30, and I knew it was going to be a problem. They allowed people to keep coming in to place orders while 30 people or more were waiting for their catered orders. The staff kept telling people their orders were coming up in 15-20 minutes. There was no organization, just a bunch of chaos. People were furious, and they had every right to be. There was one lady who was trying her best to help people. After three hours of waiting, I was offered a drink. I ended up waiting three and half hours to get a large tray of jerk chicken. If it wasn't Christmas Eve and I could have placed my order somewhere else in time, I would have asked for a refund. Their food is amazing, but the service that day was awful. They need someone over operations to make sure this never happens again.

This is best service, very fair prices,and jerk chicken, re ice& beans, cabbage , plantains I'VE had in my life. Just enough jerk and gravy for the beans on point. The staff was super friendly and the food did not irritate my stomach because someone was heavy handed with the jerk seasoning. I used to live in Florida and had all type of varieties of jerk this location in particular tops that by far. Please open a location near me so I can get my food all the time.

They have grateful a little pricey. But everything is these days, but it is great. They do give you your money's worth for what they charge. For the food, the great food that they are making cooking. Which is way more than I could say for some other sp. Did charge this price and give you less? I think if you raise the price and still continue to give you the amount that you were getting before. I think that's great business. I made to charge me more and give me less. Is to me not great business places like that? I don't frequent very much, but this place they give me a decent Amount of food. A man sides amount of food. Am I appreciate that I know they sell the news. People have to still pay the big price and getting lesson. They don't seem to mind what I do. If I go to a place like that in. That's how it's going down. I don't go there anymore. I can make the same thing at home. When I go out, I just wanna go out and have and be catered to not ripped off. Which is what's going on right now? We just about everything, so they get 5 with me. Because they filled my container up, it was pricey. But it was worthy they didn't hold back

I placed a cater order 2 weeks before the date. My Christmas Eve dinner was ruined because this establishment didn’t deliver. My fiance sat up there on his Birthday for 3 hours waiting on a cater order we had placed 2 weeks prior. They kept telling him we’re waiting on chicken 20mins. We had christmas Eve dinner at our home and everyone was there waiting. We had to go to sharks instead which had food ready same day within 20mins. I will never visit this establishment again they had no care for over promising
